Also, Technique G178, "providing controls on the web page that allow users
to incrementally change the size of all text on the page upto 200%"
Don't want to hijack the discussion, but would like to mention technique
G174 also talks about one such 'in-page' control related to controlling the
contrast of the page.
Question is, are these mandatory to implement these controls or how to
decide whether to have it or not.
Though I understand and agree with Jared's point on overhead and
maintainability.
