We've been noticing lately that there are now some fairly critical issues in VO + Safari that are impacting focus handling when combined with dynamic content triggering, which used to work reliably in the past.

IMO It's either in VoiceOver or Safari an elements is focused, blurred and then focused again. This chain doesn't appear to happen in Chrome with VoiceOver or on Windows.
