Shankar, if being able to understand the content quickly is an issue, the most concise presentation I have seen of the meaning of each success criterion is produced by Luke McGrath on a website called www.wuhcag.com.

In addition to the very clear Web pages, Luke offers the same information in a PDF for a small fee.

Does Luke go into deep background and offer explanations of dozens of theoretically possible ways to satisfy the success criteria? No.

Does he offer tutorials? No.

So it might not be everything you need. Nonetheless, having a short and simple version of each success criterion in plain English is a great place to start, and Luke's modest website is the best place I know to go for that.
