Shankar,

I do not know if there is an MS or PDF version of the documents you want. What I have done in the past is I just save the web pages for those documents to my hard drive. I believe most browsers provide that option. Also, I think many items like the techniques are also available as a single page HTML document.

alternative format.
such as, in ms word or, pdf document

asking because, I wont have much internet access at my place.
