Acrobat 6.0 Professional -- Adding new tags manually

I'm just trying out the new Acrobat 6.0 Professional. Are people able to add
new tags manually in this new version of Acrobat 6.0 Professional version?

I've tried adding a new tag using the "Create Tag from Selection" by
highighting the text and then trying to add this content as a new tag. It
adds the text momentarily until I save it, then it appears to loose the
association and then just is a blank tag. I'm working with a legacy
document, so it would be great if I could easily add new tags as necessary.
So far, it appears this may not be an option. I know this was a bug problem
in Acrobat 5.0, but was hoping in Acrobat 6.0 Professional version this
would be fixed.

Does anyone have any ideas/experience with this?
