When I want to read the content in any dialog especially in desktop apps as we know tabbing only takes us to interactive elements but not to any static elements. In this context, I am using shortcut to move to next item where I can access every corner of the dialog including static text. As I didn't find any shortcut for item navigation unable to read the static content using JAWS. For example unable to access item by item in my properties dialog of my computer to read the system specifications.

You should be able to turn on the touch cursor with JAWS by pressing shift+numad plus and then use left and right arrow keys. This works in many places even if you don't have a touch screen. Separately Insert+B will announce everything in a software dialog. This should work with Windows 7-10. Some keys are listed here http://doccenter.freedomscientific.com/doccenter/archives/trainingdocs/2014-07-24_windows8-easi/03_AppsWithJAWS15.htm
