Word 2016 save as PDF loses Title

Hi folks, this one seems minor, but it's eluding me and I'm hoping someone has a resolution.
Does anyone know how to get Word 2016 to maintain the Document Title when saving to PDF?

When converting (using save as) an accessible Word 2016 document to a PDF, the Accessibility Checker in Acrobat Pro DC always fails the Title. It's a simple fix with Acrobat, but without doing that, these documents present in our website's accessibility checker (Siteimprove) as not accessible.

I'm just beginning to teach my content creators to make accessible Word Docs and save as tagged PDFs. I'd like them to be able to check with Acrobat for all accessibility features (reading order, color contrast, etc.) or better yet create HTML content, but neither is a realistic option at this point. We're using our Siteimprove tool to guide our remediation efforts and improve our presence, so I'd like to find a way to get these documents to hold their Title metadata without needing to edit in Acrobat since most of my users don't have Acrobat and will be more receptive to accessibility training if it doesn't require another application.

Thanks for any help you have to offer!
