'The role and responsibility of this position will be to serve as the primary resource for enhancing solutions to meet pedagogical needs and improve student learning in all instructional modes (conventional, hybrid, and online), with specific emphasis on Universal Design for Learning principles (i.e., multiple means of representation, multiple means of action and expression, and multiple means of engagement) in support of accessible online instructional materials and practices. The core functions are instructional design, faculty support and consultation, and professional development in instructional technologies to support accessibility of instructional materials.
