Accessible Social Bookmarking

Hi, all.

Does anyone know of any social bookmarking tools that are accessible? I'd
like to find something where my colleagues and I can share interesting
resources we have found on the web in a central place. We'd like to be
able to tag the bookmarks and filter them using some sort of faceted
search-type functionality. Been looking around and haven't found anything
yet. Thanks!
