Don't forget that Hyper-V is accessible as well and already built into Windows 10.
I know you are a Mac guy, but Parallel is not accessible with Voiceover. I tested it for months at BestBuy headquarters and some parts of it required the use of a sighted help, which is not my first choice.
Maybe you want to put OS10 in a VM and carry your PC around. I would suggest that over carrying your Mac with Parallel. Don't waste your time on it.
Of course, you know you can install Windows on a Mac machine. So if the hardware is your concern, you can take advantage of that and still have your Mac with you.
