Sondra and all others looking for training,

It appears that their is a desire for
accessibility training in the UK. A Web
Accessibility seminar would be ideal, but if none
happen to turn up might I suggest a few
alternatives in your quest for Web accessibility
training.

WebAIM has provided on its site many basic
tutorials and instructions for developing
accessible Websites. Check out the links in the
"How to" section of the site to get an idea of all
the training that is available to you for free,
24/7. http://www.webaim.org/howto/

If you prefer a more structured learning
environment and training that has been prepackaged
for individual needs perhaps the WebAIM 2003
Training CD would be helpful to you.

If no accessibility training events surface in the
specific regions of the UK where you reside I
would encourage any of you to look at the
resources mentioned above. Some training and
guidance is better than none.
