I second with Birkir and others. I am frequently started hearing from
organizations that their tools can find 100% accessibility issues,
better than X tool or something like this.
Though AI, ML and DL are making lot of inputs to accurately find a11y
issues for some tools some defects cannot be tested or fixed by tools.
The second and I believe most important is the people on the team
developing it. People interpret WCAG in different ways, only a healthy
technical discussion will give the best output to decide what is right
and what is wrong. Sometimes teams cannot come to conclusion with
internal debates and mailing groups and outside resources help a lot.
Having memberships on organizations such as IAAP, contributing to WGs
and often giving their 2 cents on mailing groups make a lot of difference.
