What about if I wanted to add a tool that automatically translates the page on my website - such as Google translate? Is there a tool that adds the language tag to the page text automatically?

You'd also want to ensure that the page language is indicated correctly - using the lang attribute. This helps screen readers voice the text with the correct pronunciation.

So using Brian's example:

<html lang="fr"> needs to become <html lang="de">.
