No, the IOS platforms have no sense of interacting with a group of items to view the underlying content. Sometimes one will find a IOS item that has subitems like links that are not reachable because VoiceOver clusters the links or buttons with the surrounding content. I certainly have seen this occur in the Starbucks IOS application.
