Re: giving explanations to "clients"

I had some replies directly to me.

The people that I work for knows that somewhat understand
accessibility. Because we are using grant money from the U.S.
government, we are required to be compliant with Section 508.
I have received useful ideas like "show them." It wasn't until
I played with the resolution of my monitor that I started to
understand that. What the people that I work have had so far,
is what to be aware of, things like "this could mess up
people's screen readers," and have transcripts for videos.
