Dear John,

What issues are you facing with editing tickets? Are you using the unstoppable plug in for Jira because if you are not using unstoppable editing tickets will not be accessible to you. If you want to talk about looking into using unstoppable you can email me off list and I can educate you on the Unstoppable product which is made by my company Addteq which is an Atlassian government solutions partner.
