possible imogee issues

Hi All,
I encountered an imogee on Facebook this morning that made me wonder about accessibility issues.
The only thought I have given this topic in the past was to feel relieved that VoiceOver and JAWS speak the image names. Now I am wondering whether low vision users find any of them confusing. If so, what can be done?
Today's discussion concerned a good dinner recipe and someone posted an imogee of licking lips. I think some users might confuse that with the stuck out tongue imogee. That seems to be a frequent response to my posted jokes.
