I remember participating in a training a few years ago and a digital signature is valid if you have a way to validate the user (login for instance) and there is also interaction on the part of the user (button, sign with finger, type name, etc.). As long as you have those two things, you have a valid digital signature.

When it comes to accessibility, any of those interactive options would work … it just boils down to design/developer preference.

Subject: [WebAIM] Keyboard /Screen reader accessible - Signature facility for Online forms :

We have an Online claim form here at the end of the flow user needs
to provide their Signature by using Mouse ,
and the same is a mandatory field to complete the process .
This Mouse Signature facility provided with in a Dialog with Pen
Tool, and it is not keyboard /Screen reader accessible.
Here what would be the right alternative which suits for both
Keyboard & Screen reader users group ?
please suggest few accessible options , which we could think of .

Thanks in advance,
