Well, its nice that they finally formalized their position by issuing guida=
nce, but this falls way short of codifying digital accessibility into ADA l=
aw.

A more meaningful announcement would have been in the order of a new ANPRM =
on digital / web accessibility regulations or at least that one was in the =
works.
