US Federal workforce, including at DOJ, was decimated during the T**** rein
of chaos.
Given the unstable atmosphere here in DC, my guess is that it will be a few
more years before they attempt another ANPRM. The last one was shot down by
corporate interests.
My 2 cents worth from the DC sidelines.
