Accessing PrintFields Attributes

Is there any AT that actually indicates ‘PrintFields' or allows the
non-sighted user to access the attributes of a non-fillable form when
forms are not fillable?

In my opinion, the only way that someone using AT could see them is by
individually opening the properties in Adobe. However, I have limited
access to AT (NVDA only), so any input from users adept in using other
forms of AT would be greatly appreciated.

We have scoured our resources and the ISO isn't that helpful.
