Terrill Thompson runs an accessible to screen readers bracket that is available on his website terrillthompson.com, and it's probably available on his Github page as well.

It might be worth a Google to find those resources. I don't participate in the bracket stuff yet, so what I'm sharing is just based off of what I've heard from him over the years while being colleagues in the digital accessibility field.
