Lucy, I am a screen reader user.
And I know a lot of different shortcuts using a screen reader I am not sure that all those shortcuts will work for sighted users.
However, I do know that when you are using the menus, if there is a letter underlined, in the menu, that would be the shortcut key for that specific function.
I will do some research and see if I can find a list of short cut keys. However typically you would either use control X to cut control C to copy control V as in Victor for paste etc. I’m sure you know those but each application in the ribbon also has a shortcut key that you would use the “alt “button for, plus the letter of a particular option
