I checked if this would fall under 4.1.3, status messages:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/status-messages.html
but this doesn't fit the definition of a status message.
A few solutioning ideas:
You could connect this text to the "yes" radiobutton using
aria-describedby so it is read regardless of whether the user selects
the button.

It would be ideal to surface this information in the form instructions
before user starts filling in the form, but as long as this info (pin
code and when to use it) is communicated after user selects "yes" and
submits the form, I don't think this is a big deal.
