Not sure there is a specific requirement for that. 11.7 User preferences
in EN 301 549 requires that the "user interface shall follow the values
of the user preferences for platform settings..."
But it also says in Note 2 of 11.7: "For web content, the underlying
platform is the user agent."
Or are you looking at another requirement that I am missing?
Also, it is worth noting that the next version of EN 301 549 seems to
drop the 11.7 requirement for web content (at least in terms of
interpreting the EN for the Web Accessibility Directive 2016/2102 - see
the new Annex ZA).
