Speaking from Washington DC, there has been many "reductions" to DHS over the past few weeks, but I didn't hear anything about the Trusted Program.
Checking DHS's website, it was difficult to find basic information about the program itself, but using the search field came up with several hundred pages of related content.
So at least much of the information is still on the web, but I'm not sure about the office itself.
