Well put Julian, I know that I have to enter my timesheets online for one of my jobs and it would be a nightmare if I was using a screen reader or couldn't use the mouse. I also couldn't submit help requests to IT or perform many other basic job functions... so I'd say making those internal forms accessible could be very important. I'd hate to see someone unable to do their job or get paid because of a poorly built form. Even if there is an alternative to using an inaccessible form such as calling a help desk and waiting on hold for 45 minutes it is bad for the employee and the company relying on them to get a job done to have to do that.

It is my understanding that more complaints (or worse) come from inside a
company/business/organization than from outside. An inaccessible intranet
can reduce the ability of the coworkers to perform their functions. Forms
are so important, not just within an intranet but an internet web site as
well. Many intranet forms allow the employees to record attendance, sign up
for courses, fill out expense reports and inaccessible forms such as these
affect the ability of those who need accessibility to complete these forms.
