One additional item I would like to add is an inaccessible organization calendar. At our institution, we are using Outlook to book meetings. I cannot make the form fields larger to read them or fill them in. Additionally, I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to arrange a meeting and booked someones calendar for a meeting that appears to last several days because I could not quite see the times clearly. Yet, the tool is being mandated for our division. What is a person to do?

It is my understanding that more complaints (or worse) come from inside a
company/business/organization than from outside. An inaccessible intranet
can reduce the ability of the coworkers to perform their functions. Forms
are so important, not just within an intranet but an internet web site as
well. Many intranet forms allow the employees to record attendance, sign up
for courses, fill out expense reports and inaccessible forms such as these
affect the ability of those who need accessibility to complete these forms.
