Some of us are, believe me. It's just that we're still in the minority and largely talking to closed ears.

I've also come across at least one UK development company recently who proposed a paper for presentation at the RNIB Techshare conference last month, endeavouring to resurrect the issue all over again, apparently without understanding that it's not the principle that's the problem, but merely the implementation.
