OK - noting that last time I replied to a question like this, we got

Each is different, although we are all bound by the requirements of the
Australian DDA, as explained at
http://www.hreoc.gov.au/disability_rights/standards/www_3/www_3.html

That's not an easy question to answer. You may have to contact the
appropriate person in each state and territory - and then there are the
local government authorities.
