Subject: Up-to-Date Resource on US State Policies and Laws on Accessibility
No previous message | Next message →
Hello,
I'm looking for an up-to-date resource that outlines what policies or
laws the various states have. Does anyone know of a comprehensive
resource that's current?
Thanks.

On the WebAIM site itself:

Thanks, Tim, but what I'm looking for is the laws and policies of
individual states, not the federal statutes.
For example, NYS has a technology policy and a mandatory technology
standard, but no specific legislation.
I'm looking for a state-by-state rundown.

I'm guessing you're probably aware of
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/Policy/USA-States.html> and are looking for something
more up to date. Unfortunately, I don't know of a more current alternative,
but thought I should mention it just in case.
