For word documents I save as rich text format, for powerpoint I make html
using the accessiblity wizard. If the excell is accessible, I can quickly
make html and if sorting would be of benefit I attach it as excel and csv.
We have information to viewers.
The only exception to the above is when it is on the Business Enterprises
Section - We bought all vendors laptops with microsoft office, and the forms
are for them.
All pdfs, even asscessible ones, on our site currently have at least an html
equivelent as many of our blind users still are leary of pdfs cause so many
were not accessible previously. For our library newsletter we have audio as
well.
