Subject: Tagged PDF in Office 2016 for Mac?
No previous message | Next message →
Hello:
I was trying to see if the new Office 2016 can create a tagged PDF. According to the Office support site I can
https://support.office.com/en-ca/article/Create-accessible-PDFs-064625e0-56ea-4e16-ad71-3aa33bb4b7ed
Office 2016
1. Click File > Save As and choose where you want the file to be saved.
2. In the Save As dialog box, choose PDF in the Save as type list.
3. Click Options, make sure the Document structure tags for accessibility check box is selected, and then click OK.
But when I try to do it, I do NOT see any Options button.
Am I missing something? Has anyone else tried this?
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks
Elizabeth

Hello Elizabeth,
I tried the steps listed and was not able to find an options button when attempting to save as PDF from Word 2016 for Mac. I'm wondering if the linked article is referring to the Preview version of Word 2016 for Windows rather than the Mac version.
