Google Read and Write is becoming very popular very fast. The accessibility of GRW with tagged documents is hit and miss.
Are other transcribers running into issues when they send tagged PDF's to stakeholders who use Google Read and Write.

I think you will need to find out if Google read and write is using the
tag order or the content order when processing the PDF documents.
My guess is that it is using the content order. This might explain the
results you are getting with tagged documents.
For Blind or visually impaired students Google read and write may not
be the best option.

I have written to the development team at TextHelp to ask advice and they are getting back to us, but as suggested this app is designed to support those with specific learning difficulties, literacy skill difficulties and dyslexia (LD) or English as a second language etc.
Best wishes
