Why hide the skip links at all?
I find them useful.
Others may as well. Or are we only building pages that cater to one
disability?

We are after all only talking about a few hidden skiplinks, so I'm
sure those clever folk at google could work out an algorithm if they
deduced the CSS was hiding the links...
