Here is the accessibility information on DoJo:
http://www.dojotoolkit.org/book/dojo-book-0-4/part-8-internationalization-and-accessiblity/accessibility-0
I know they are putting alot of effort into implementing the ARIA specifications in the Dojo toolkit, so many accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.0 will be available out of the box, but accessibility will also require designer attention to messages, labeling, titling, headers and language change issues.
The Dojo framework will make it much easier for developers to implement functional accessibility.
