Alternating images on refresh with appropriate ALT Description

I have seen this done before but I can't remember where. I want to have a
graphic that changes every time you refresh or go to a site. But when the
graphic changes, the alternative text also changes to the appropriate
description for that graphic. Could someone point me to a site that does
this or an explanation on how to do this?
