All of them have javascript enabled as they generally use IE or Firefox.
Lynx is harder than other things to use with JAWS.

Jaws cannot be reliably identified so any stats would likely be pure
guesses - or based on direct surveys. That said, I would venture to
guess that many more Jaws users have javascript enabled than able-bodied
folks.
