Accessibility of PDF in relation with Color contrast.

Dear list members,

Can any one suggest some tool to check for testing color contrast of
text and images on PDF documents.
There are some tools which provide contrast results if we fill in
hexe decimal value of the color, but I am not that much expertise in
HTML . One more thing I want to specify is that I am a JAWS user.
