There is a list of JAWS keyboard shortcuts on the WebAIM site:

Subject: How a non-JAWS user can test for 508 Compliance using JAWS...

Does anyone have or know of a resource for non-JAWS users that provides
the
essential commands to conduct a thorough validation of a Web site using
JAWS? I have limited exposure to using the program and can fudge my way
around using the included help files. But I'd much rather test the
pages by
simulating what a true JAWS user would experience. Essentially, I'd
like
some form of "cheat sheet" that lists the commands (and JAWS user
settings)
actually used by most folks. FYI, I will be using version 3.7. Thanks
for
any guidance you can provide.
