I understand what you mean. I should have clarified further. All
those labels appear run together on my braille display.

("Signature of StudentDateSignificant Other*Date")

Doing a second check I found a couple other examples of this:


"FirstMiddleLast"
(This is read after the Name form fields.)

"Graphic NumberStreetCityZipcode"
(Before the address fields)

There is also the "Graphic 9" near the start of the page.

(So my experience matches Priti Rohra's findings pretty closely.

I'm using Acrobat Pro 9.1.1 (& Jaws 10).
