Hi Randi

Sorry, wish it was that that easy. I go to "help" select check for
updates and a window tells me that a new version is available, 9.02 I
follow the link and cant find anywhere to download it.

If the link that I think is the one to activate the download then
I've come across these before, only with older versions of JAWS, they
will not activate either with the enter button or the space bbar. I
see this alot with WordPress plugins.
