I was not able to fix the problem with our local netfile system. Apparently
all the http pages are redirected to https port for out of U of I network
for which usernames/passwords are required. I posted the report at my
personal server at:

http://bargirangin.com/conf/ahg2009/

Hope we can post it in near future at the ICITA site.
