For those who are interested, I have attached my
case that PDF is inaccessible for people with low
vision and not blindness (LVNB). Here is my
overview. You may follow my link for the entire
article. I have screen shots in the linked page
that show that (1) An Edit>Find search for strings
is not supported by Acrobat Reader in reflow mode.
(2) The book mark panel does not pass on user's
system preferences for font size. Both of these
make Acrobat Reader fairly useless for this group.
