Marc, we typically use the Logitech webcams. Deaf people have typically
found these best for sign language. Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 or the new HD
one.

You may also be interested in an analysis I did of web conferencing tools.
There's a lot happening right now with most tools having new versions
coming out in the next 6 months, but most of the analysis is still valid.
