If you'd asked in a week or two, I'd have a site to show you. :) The
answer right now is: "you need to figure out how a user style sheet
is applied in your browser, and you need to learn CSS as there are no
public repositories for user style sheets."

In a short time I hope to change that -- I am working on a site called
FUSSY, which stands for Free User Style Sheet for You, that contains a
number of style sheets which can be downloaded and installed, along
with complete installation instructions. Watch this list for an
announcement, and if anyone wants to help out with this project, drop
me a line ( <EMAIL REMOVED> ) and I'll show you the prototype site.
