Interesting. I had to chuckle though that the document (.doc) is not marked up very well in the headline department (bold text instead of headlines) - especially when one of the pseudo-headlines is "Use Markup to express content whenever possible" !

The U.S. Department of Education recently sent out a Request for Information (RFI) to gather technical input on assessment technology standards, which included some questions on accessibility. The Department has provided public access to the comments submitted through this process.
