I am not aware of such a key. Are you working with a student who still
can see some? I ask because I have worked with a student who use JAWS
to read paragraph and sometimes other parts versus the full capability
of JAWS. So in that case, seeing the fly out would be needed. My point
of view is if you are not in a case like that, the flyout doesn't
actually need to visually fly out as long as the screen reader can
navigate it correctly.
