Hi Angela,

Yes, using Firefox 11 Nightly and NVDA 2011.3 RC1, it’s very possible
and practical to navigate to and activate content that is in the
expanding content areas.
I CTRL+ENTER on:
http://sbctc.edu/college/f_tuitionwaivers.aspx
which opened it in a new FF tab;
h (move to next heading) to "Mandatory Waivers";
DOWN will move into expanding area, read the various links/labels, and
it’s possible to press ENTER to go to the website.
