If you are stuck in the IE world, press F12. I know it is in IE8 & 9,
not sure if it is in IE7. It is pretty handy, a more developer focused
source (like firebug), shows you what CSS the current element is using
(like firebug), a tab for HTML, CSS, and Scripts. There is some other
handy things in there too.
